![]() If the email content with additional spacing is copied into Word 2013, then it looks like there is spacing both before and after the paragraph, which if removed return the spacing to normal, so my initial thought was that Outlook 2011 was adding paragraph spacing, but it is looking fine on the Mac and the same email content when viewed in Word 2011 shows no paragraph spacing.
